TRANSFER (SIDE CAR)Â
1.   Pickup incoming call
2.   Press “TRANSFER†on your handset, this will place the caller on hold as indicated by the flashing RED light.
3.   Select the appropriate line button on the side panel and press. This will ring the extension and you will be able to inform the staff member of the call. Skip to step 6 if they refuse the call.
4.   If they accept the call press “XFER LINEâ€. This will transfer the call to the extension and clear your phone.
5.   Replace handset.
6.   If the staff member is unable to take the call, you will obviously need to inform the caller. To reconnect to their call, Replace the handset or press the button located under the head peace. You will then need to release the button or pickup the handset again. This method ensures that the call to the staff member is disconnected. Once you have picked up the handset again press the RED flashing light to be reconnected to the caller.

1.   Pickup incoming call

VOICEMAIL RECORDING
- Lift the handset and press the Message Envelope on the handset.
- You will then be prompted to enter your PIN. (Default 1234)
- After a few seconds you will hear the voicemail main menu, Press option 0
- You will then be asked “Press 1 to record your unavailable message, Press 2 to record your busy message†A unavailable message is where your phone rings and are unable to answer, Busy is where you are on the phone. You will need to record BOTH of these messages as the system will play 1 or the other depending on your extension state.
- Press 1 to record your Unavailable message, speak your message and then press the # key.
- Once recorded, you will hear “Press 1 to accept this recording, press 2 to listen to it, press 3 to re-record†Please select the appropriate option.
- Once you have recorded your message, you will be taken back to the main menu. Select option 2 to record your busy message and follow the same steps as printed above.
- Once finished replace the handset.
VOICEMAIL PICKUP (LOCAL)
- Lift the handset and press the Message Envelope on the handset.
- You will then be prompted to enter your PIN. (Default 1234)
- Follow the voice prompts as required.
VOICEMAIL PICKUP (EXTERNAL) *
- Dial your remote access phone number from any external line
- You will then hear the message “Voicemail Systemâ€
- Enter *xxxx (where xxxx is your extension)
- You will now hear your voicemail being played
- Press *
- You will then be prompted to enter your PIN. (Default 1234)
- Follow the voice prompts as required.
GROUP-PICKUP
- Lift handset
- Enter *8
- Press DIAL on your phone
DAY / NIGHT MODES (DAY MODE) **
- Lift handset
- Enter *28x (x being the night mode you want active)
- Press DIAL on your phone
- You will then hear 2 beeps followed by Day xxxx Disabled (xxxx being the name)
DAY / NIGHT MODES (NIGHT MODE) **
- Lift handset
- Enter *28x (x being the night mode you want active)
- Press DIAL on your phone
- You will then hear 1 beep followed by Day xxxx Enabled (xxxx being the name)
CALL FORWARDING
- Press FORWARED on your handset
- Enter the number you wish to forward all your calls to, remembering to enter 9 for external routed calls.
- Press DIAL
- You will then hear a series of stuttered beeps, followed by a normal dial tone. At this point you can end the “call†by pressing the SPEAKER button.
D.N.D
- Press the DND button on the phone to enable. Do Not Disturb will show on the handsets LCD screen.
- Press the CLRDND button on the phone to disable
DIRECTORY LISTINGS (NEW ENTRY)
- Press the DIRECTORY button on the handset to open up directory view
- Press the ADD button to create a new record
- Enter the required name using the telephone keypad, to delete the last Character press DELCHAR.
- Move down to the number field by using the down arrow
- Enter the required number remembering to enter 9 for an external number
- Move down to the Ring field by using the down arrow
- Assign a ringtone if required for incoming calls from that caller
- Press SAVE
- You will now be back at the directory view screen. To add another entry, repeat the steps above, otherwise press CANCEL.
BLACKLISTING (ADDING NUMBERs)
- Have the number to hand that you want to black list
- Lift the handset
- Enter *30 and press DIAL
- You then be asked to enter the number to be blacklisted followed by the # key. For example 01825890099
- This number will be repeated to you, press 1 if the number is correct
- You will then hear a confirmation message, if not repeat steps
- Replace the handset
BLACKLISTING (REMOVING NUMBERS)
- Lift the handset
- Enter *31 and press DIAL
- You will then be asked to enter the number you want removed from the blacklist followed by the # key. For example 01825890099
- This number will be repeated to you, press 1 if the number is correct
- You will then hear a confirmation message, if not repeat steps
- Replace the handset
RINGTONES
- Press the SETTINGS button on the phone
- Use the down arrow key and select option 4
- Press SELECT
- Select the line you want to change the ringtone for. (Default EXT1)
- Press CHANGE
- Use the up & down arrow keys to select a new ringtone, press PLAY to sample
- Press SELECT to confirm the ringtone you have selected
- This will return you back to the ringtone list, Repeat the process for another line if required. If not select CANCEL
- This will return you to the settings screen, Select CANCEL
